About us
Stephanie Bernier started Dix &Pond Consulting after successful roles as a senior executive, in the fashion and home
industries. Her expertise is equal parts creative leader, as well as senior business manager.
A RISD graduate, she started her career as a designer and creative director and rose to Executive Vice-President at
Mast Industries, the former product development arm of L. Brands. She led global teams in all aspects of new apparel
design, product development and sourcing with P+ L responsibility. She was responsible for a host of retail and
wholesale clients. In addition, she was a SVP Design & Merchandising for another apparel company and then EVP
Design & Merchandising for the largest group of home textile mills in the US.
Stephanie started Dix & Pond to offer a consulting service that works on strategy, as well as the creative side of
bringing products to market. The unique value she brings is the extraordinary depth in the entire process...creative,
design, product development, branding, marketing and management experience. In addition, her deep knowledge
of fashion, consumer markets and keen aesthetic sense are well appreciated.
