Dix&Pond is a creative and strategic consulting firm that assists clients with issues related to the product, brand and business
development of consumer products. We also do executive coaching. Clients include apparel and consumer product companies,
startup entrepreneurs, multi-channel retailers, investors and design consultancies. It was founded by Stephanie Bernier, after years as
a successful leader in the fashion and home industries.
A graduate of Rhode Island School of Design, Stephanie spent many years as a fashion executive with Mast Industries, the product
development arm of L Brands, Inc; where she was responsible to design, develop and merchandise apparel products. She was also
responsible for the P+L, marketing and worldwide sourcing for her respective divisions. Her last assignment was EVP/Worldwide GM of
Victoria's Secret Direct. Stephanie led large design teams researching trends, setting creative direction, merchandising, designing,
developing and sourcing for a host of wholesale and retail companies. She started and managed 3 business units achieving
$40-50+ million in sales and managed a $100 million business.
Subsequently, she joined a large home furnishings mill as EVP Design and Merchandising, leading the creation of woven textiles
for home furnishings.
In 2004, Stephanie started Dix & Pond and has worked on projects for apparel, shoes, soft and hard goods, textiles, gift ware,
stationery, tabletop, frames, office products, etc., as well as working with CEO's on strategy, merchandising and branding.
Stephanie was CEO and Co-Founder of Styletti.com, an e-commerce site of curated apparel, beauty, accessories and footwear,
driven by fashion content.
Her tenure in consumer products as a successful creative director, combined with Fortune 500 business leadership experience, are
a powerful combination of skills. Having consulted with many entrepreneurs, as well as large companies, she understands their
common challenges and provides an objective outside point-of-view. As a product development consultant and highly
experienced designer herself, she is able to apply her extensive creative, branding, merchandising and leadership skills to a wide
range of companies.

Stephanie Bernier started Dix & Pond Consulting after a successful career as senior executive in the fashion and home industries. Her
expertise is equal parts creative leader, as well as senior business manager.
A graduate of Rhode Island School of Design, she started her career as a designer and creative director and rose to Executive Vice-
President at Mast Industries, the former product development arm of L. Brands (Limited, Inc.). She led global teams in all aspects of
new apparel product development and sourcing.
She was responsible for product development for a host of retail and wholesale companies. This included travelling the world for
trend research, design, brand, product and business development, merchandising, strategy and was responsible for the marketing
and divisional P+L of her respective divisions. Her last role was EVP/Worldwide GM for the $100M Victoria’s Secret Direct division. She
started and built three new fashion businesses that achieved $40-50+M in sales.
In addition to SVP Design & Merchandising for another apparel company, Stephanie was EVP Design & Merchandising for the largest
group of home textile mills in the US.
Stephanie co-founded Styletti.com, an e-commerce site driven by fashion content on trends and style. Customers could buy curated
apparel, shoes, accessories and beauty, from some of the world's top retailers including Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Sephora, Saks,
Zappos, Athleta, etc.
As a consultant, Stephanie brings the value of extensive experience in global team leadership, mentoring, strategy, tend research,
design, product development, branding, business development, entrepreneurship, merchandising, e-commerce, content marketing
and sourcing knowledge to her apparel, footwear, home and consumer product clients.
